We develop questions specifically tailored to learn about a candidate’s past accomplishments that are critical for success in the new role.

Not just to learn about WHAT the candidate has been doing (x years experience in y function) but to learn HOW well the candidate performed. What was accomplished? How will it translate to the role we are recruiting?

Candidates respond in writing. Our team and our client can review the responses along with a resume. Our process results in greater clarity of goals that will mean success in the role – for the client and for the candidate, before the position is accepted.
