JENNIFER COLOSI, Founder
Jennifer Colosi is the founder of Colosi Associates, an executive search firm specializing in assignments for executive officers and senior management, with a focus on finance.
What sets Jennifer’s firm apart from other executive search firms is that she complements her role as an executive search consultant with 17 years of accounting and finance expertise.
Jennifer began her recruiting career as an executive recruiter with AI Executive, the executive recruiting arm of Accountants, Inc. She was a significant contributor to building a practice around Internal Audit during challenging economic years. Next, she was a Partner with Cornell International, the executive search arm of Adecco, where she focused on national Financial Officer searches across industries. She then launched Colosi Associates to improve client benefits: through search process efficiency improvements and service offering flexibility. She has successfully placed key executive roles such as Divisional CFOs of large pubic companies, VP Finance/CFO of a rapidly growing technology company, CFO of a large family office, Corporate Controller and similar titles. Most recently Colosi Associates has also placed executive human resource roles.
Prior to her search career, Jennifer was a CPA in the independent audit practice of Arthur Andersen. Jennifer earned increased responsibilities by demonstrating leadership capabilities very early in her career. Jennifer frequently adds value beyond the responsibilities expected of her. She identifies unsolved problems and inefficiencies and is fearless about finding ways to solve them! She has also held the positions of Chief Accounting Officer for FiNet, a public mortgage bank and interim CFO for LoanCity.com, a private mortgage bank. She’s also worked for Oak Industries—where she focused on corporate accounting, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and divisional operations accounting.
Jennifer is a past board member of the Financial Women’s Association of San Francisco charged with developing a strong Silicon Valley group. She actively contributes to the success of other professional organizations such as Financial Executives International and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Her most interactive, high energy, current non profit project is coaching elementary school girls to run a 5k race, for the fall 2012 season of Girls on the Run.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, Tampa.

Andrea translates the hiring company's requirement into a tailored search plan for identifying and connecting - with A-Player candidates. She engages A-Player candidates and earns their trust to understand their motivations, interests and fit for our client roles. Andrea's success comes from 11 years experience in financial function recruiting. Her foundation as a professional: Senior Manager at a Big 4 firm. Her hands-on experience as a practitioner with exposure to hundreds of accounting departments equips her with a keen eye for defining and refining what success looks like in a finance and accounting organization. The result? She's uniquely qualified to help clients and candidates through to a successful hire.
Andrea began her recruiting career as an executive recruiter with Romac International. She was promoted to Market Manager after contributing to the significant growth of her market. After 3 years in that role she was recruited to join CVPartners where she specialized in business development for the placement of highly qualified interim finance and accounting professionals across industries.
Prior to her search career, Andrea was a Senior Manager in the independent audit practice of KPMG. Andrea has demonstrated clear success in working with and providing value to Financial Officers in organizations of all sizes. Her quest to exceed the expectations of her clients and candidates drives her to deliver results that contribute to an organization's success.
Andrea graduated cum laude from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a focus on Accounting.

CORINNE CURTIN, Search Consultant
Corinne is our newest team member.
Her experiences as a CPA in Big 4 accounting firms as well as her financial management experience with public companies, privately-held businesses and nonprofits give her an excellent background for evaluating candidates.
Corinne earned a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree, both in Accounting, from the University of Florida.
Corinne enjoys being actively involved in activities at her church, children's schools and their sports teams. Her favorite causes are supporting community food banks and soup kitchens.
