Network: Current and former clients and candidates help us identify and approach potential candidates. Candidates are confident that we represent high quality clients and attractive opportunities.
Research: for every search we conduct research to identify A-Players of interest: executives in targeted companies in targeted geographies, for example.
We commit to only a few assignments at once. The result for you is the shortest time possible to presenting a slate of fully evaluated, well-qualified candidates.
We only accept assignments we are confident we can complete within your definition of success. When we can reach non-financial candidates quickly and we understand your organization’s story very well, on a case by case basis, we may take on search assignments outside our financial officer focus.
We can act as your internal project manager on any/all hiring processes: develop recruiting plans/candidate sourcing strategies, develop appropriate questions for specific interview team members, references etc.
